Individuals who aren't eligible to receive either of them arrival visas (South Africans, Pakistanis, Indians, etc) need to directly apply for the 90 day prepaid visa. For 90 days visa nationals the total cost will be 2250 AED for the prepaid 90 day visa without exit.
