Delays in Processing

When applying for a Dubai visa, you can expect a delay or rejection from the UAE immigration for the following reasons:

  • Mostly handwritten passports, and we cannot continue the visa process with them.
  • Individuals who have previously committed a criminal offense, fraud, or misbehavior in the UAE will be automatically delayed and rejected if they apply for Visa.
  • Unwanted delays will occur while applying for a Dubai express visa and the applicant's previously used tourist visa via another firm. The first applied visa will be processed first, with no reimbursement granted.
  • The applicant's firm applied for an employment visa and is awaiting confirmation, which will result in denial and postponement.
  • Previously had a resident visa and departed the country without canceling it.
  • When the photo of the passport copies is not clear or blurry when submitted online to the UAE Immigration system, the approval is frequently delayed or denied.

New Work Week

From January 1, 2022, a new Monday-Friday afternoon work week will begin. The UAE will implement the following modifications to the country's public sector workweek to improve employees' work-life balance while also aligning the country with the global economy.

Monday to Thursday

7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Fridays

7:30 a.m. to noon

Monday through Friday afternoons will be the working days. Employees in the public sector will work from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and from 7:30 a.m. to noon on Fridays. These changes took effect on January 1, 2022, and the pattern for applying for a Dubai express visa has also altered due to this change. Please consult our visa expert before applying for your visa and trip planning.

Arriving at Dubai Airport

We recommend that all express Dubai visa holders print their visas before arrival and we may suggest to purchase travel insurance that includes Covid coverage. Also, make sure to discuss Covid requirements with your Airline. Travel to Dubai for tourism was legalized beginning July 7, 2020, and the city has since welcomed tourists worldwide& PCR test requirements has been removed from Dubai & rest of the emirates from February 2022

Insurance

Do I need travel insurance for Dubai? This is a question that most tourists to Dubai ask. If you're an overseas traveler visiting the United Arab Emirates, the government has made it obligatory to obtain travel insurance that includes Covid-19 coverage. If you become ill or have an accident while traveling, travel insurance with medical coverage can help protect you and cover the costs of emergency care or transportation home (repatriation). In addition, both inside and outside of Dubai, an increasing number of adventure activities are available. These are usually well-organized and safety-conscious, but it's crucial to ensure your travel insurance provides you before participating. If you want a higher level of protection, talk to your insurer about it. You may also be covered for some activities. Still, only under specified conditions - for example, cycling may only be covered if you wear a helmet and don't ride over certain altitudes. If you plan to participate in extreme sports while there, such as quad biking in the sand dunes, you'll need more coverage than a basic travel insurance policy provides to account for the increased risk. Compare the add-ons offered by different insurers to ensure you have adequate coverage. Medical difficulties aren't the only reason to buy travel insurance. Travel insurance can assist in covering costs if your things, such as luggage, are lost, damaged, or stolen or if your flight is delayed. Purchase travel insurance at the same time as you book your vacation. You may be eligible for a payout if unforeseen circumstances, such as illness, prohibit you from going.
