• To ensure a smooth entry, please provide a valid ID proof, as Ski Dubai reserves the right to request proof of age.
• For safety measures, Ski/Snowboard equipment, jackets, trousers, disposable socks, snow boots, fleece gloves, and helmets will be provided at the venue.
• Please note that riding on the Snow Bullet Ride is restricted to children above eight years of age, measuring 125 cm in height, and ighing more than 30 kg. Additionally, adults should not exceed a weight limit of 120 kg.
• Access to the slopes is available for experienced skiers/snowboarders only.
• For dining, drinking, and refreshments, you are welcome to enjoy these on the cold side at the designated areas, including the Avalanche Café and North 28 restaurant. Operating hours are as follows: Friday to Saturday - 8.30 AM to 12.00 AM, Sunday to Wednesday - 8 am to 10 pm, and Thursday to Saturday - 8 am to 11 pm.
