  • Last-Minute Business Meetings: Stake-holders from the business community understand the criticality of time better, as they often face urgent situations. There might be a client meeting to clinch a deal; a board meeting to take pivotal decisions and so on. This is where an Express Entry helps them reach their destination just in time.
  • Family Emergencies: In a life full of uncertainties, all sort of situations can arise in a family. These are unavoidable and need to be taken care of immediately. For example, a cherished family occasion like a wedding reception, sudden illness of a family member and a family reunion. Normal visa processing won’t help them in such situations.
  • Delay or scam in visa processing : Our staff members often encounter people victimized by visa scams. Some notorious operators cause frustrating delays to some travellers, too. Stay away from unreliable visa providers and trust only verified companies, like us.

Travel & Itinerary Requirements

Dubai doesn’t demand too much documentation upfront as some countries do. You don’t require to submit your flight tickets, hotel details or insurance papers at the time of visa application. Still, at the Dubai airport immigration, you must show your original approved visa and confirmed return flight tickets. You may also be asked to show accommodation proof by some officials. For a smooth entry, we recommend you to carry hotel booking details or your host's local address and Emirates ID copy.

Visa Rejection Reasons & Reapplication Process

Generally, Dubai tourist visa process is simple and straightforward where rejections are uncommon. The grounds for rejections are often specific and identifiable. Errors in the application, criminal records or past immigration violations are some of the documented reasons.

  • Errors in the application: If your visa gets rejected, you’d have to review the submitted application form and look for any errors, omissions or inaccuracies. It’s been recorded that using a Travel Document instead of a standard passport is a common cause for rejection. If it’s a travel document, inform your visa consultant about this to ensure smooth handling of your application.
  • Criminal background: Visa application of a traveller with a criminal history in the UAE will be rejected even if it’s a fast-track visa. He needs to consult a legal expert to clear his case and reapply with a police clearance certificate.
  • Immigration violations: Overstays, fines or active entry bans are the results of violation of UAE immigration rules. These past violations will come in the way of approving your express visa application. Travellers need to legally address any such existing bans, verify their immigration status, and obtain a police clearance certificate, before they reapply.

Travellers to the UAE are not asked to provide their financial proof, flight tickets and hotel bookings during visa processing stage. This implies 'insufficient funds' or 'unclear travel purpose' cannot be the grounds of visa rejection. Only disreputable tour operators give such vague reasons. Always approach a reliable visa service provider with verified reviews for a thoroughly transparent process.

FAQs

Contact us via WhatsApp or email and send scanned copies of your passport and photograph. Your visa will be delivered to you in 4 to 8 hours. The turnaround time may extend up to 24 hours if the request is placed on weekends, official holidays or Eid holidays.
Any national with a passport, return ticket and a visa valid for 6 months is eligible to apply for fast-track visa. We’ll inform our customers if their country is not eligible. Dubai doesn’t insist its visitors to show income/wealth proof as some countries do.
Covid regulations are no longer in place in the UAE. All you need is a proper return air ticket to reach back home. In case you’re not vaccinated, please notify your airline in advance.
Our processing fee varies based on the visa category and the duration of your stay. Prices typically start from 215 USD/489 AED.
No formal documents such as job offers, hospital admission forms or university admission letters need to be submitted as they have no bearing on how quickly your visa gets processed.
No! It is not possible to process two visas at the same time in the UAE.
There is no age restriction in place for express visas in Dubai.
If any of your previous application is still pending with some other agent, we cannot process your fresh application in our system. It’ll be rejected by the immigration and there’ll be no refund.
Contact your visa service provider to rectify the errors. If you submitted your application with us, please inform us as soon as possible to make necessary corrections.
No. Before understanding the exact reason for the rejection and as long as the relevant issues are fixed, we cannot accept a fresh application. A new regulation update mandates that a fresh application is accepted only a month after the rejection date.
The fees include typing fees, government fees, express visa fees and PRO fees. The prices are all inclusive and there’s no other fees involved.
Unfortunately, the only option is waiting for the immigration authorities to take a decision on this. While the security check won't be expedited, you can still follow up with their office. We also advise you to contact the company which processes your application.
UAE laws don’t allow this. So, please do not book flights before your visa approval is over. Ideally, it takes 4-8 hours to deliver your visa. But delays can occur for reasons beyond our control. We can't assume responsibiliy if your visa is not processed before your scheduled departure.
Apologies. We don’t issue express transit visas. We advise you to contact your airline.
Apologies again. We operate only from 9 AM to 9 PM UAE Standard Time. Late night requests are processed only the following morning. Please approach the immigration counters at the airport for assistance.
With that timeline, you can get a priority visa. But you would neither be allowed to travel in your country nor be granted a re-entry to Dubai with an expired visa. The best option is to renew your passport first or travel today. You need to have a passport that’s valid for 6 months beginning with your arrival date. If the passport expires before that, immigration will stop you and airlines won’t allow you to board the flight too.
