A Dubai express visa is a priority-processed UAE tourist entry permit that is typically approved in 4–8 hours (and within 24 hours at most, on UAE working days). It is not a separate visa category — it is the same official UAE entry permit issued by the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) or the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship (ICP), processed under an accelerated handling channel. The visa is delivered by email as an official PDF e-visa.

The cost of a Dubai express visa has two components: the standard UAE government visa fee, and an express processing surcharge charged by the licensed agency. Arabiers' all-inclusive pricing (no hidden charges) for 2026 is:

|---|---|
| 30 days - Single entry | 789 AED (~215 USD) |

No. Under UAE immigration regulations administered by ICP and GDRFA, all visa fees are non-refundable once processing begins, regardless of outcome. This is a government rule, not an agency policy.

A Dubai Express Visa or Emergency Visa is typically processed within 4 to 8 hours after all required documents are correctly submitted. For applications received on UAE working days (Sunday–Thursday ), Arabiers Holidays typically processes express visa requests within 4 to 8 hours, with most eligible applications completed within 24 hours. Applications submitted before 12:00 PM UAE time receive priority for same-day processing. Please note that all visa approvals are subject to UAE immigration authorities.
Time of submission: Applications submitted before 12:00 PM UAE time on a working day are prioritised in the same-day batch. Applications received after 3:00 PM may roll to the following morning.
Document completeness: A missing passport copy, unclear photo, or mismatched name causes the file to pause for correction — costing several hours.
UAE public holidays and weekends (Friday–Saturday): No processing occurs. Applications submitted on a Thursday evening are processed the following Sunday.
Peak travel seasons: November to February, and during major events such as GITEX Expand North Star, Arab Health, and Dubai Airshow, the express queue is significantly longer. Apply as early as possible during these periods.
UAE immigration daily quota: UAE immigration operates a finite daily express processing quota. On exceptionally high-demand days, this quota may fill, causing some applications to carry over to the next working day.
Nationality-based security checks: Some passport holders require additional immigration screening that is outside any agency's control. If this applies to your nationality, our team will advise you at the time of application.
Our commitment: Arabiers processes express applications from our licensed Dubai office (DET 1176592), open Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 9 PM UAE time. For applications received outside these hours, processing begins the following morning.
Scan the required documents and share them via email or WhatsApp:
A colour copy of your passport, valid for at least 6 months.
A passport-size photograph against a white background.
Birth certificate if the applicant is a minor.
A copy of the UAE Residence Visa page of your friend or relative (if they're sponsoring your visit).
Valid travel medical insurance covering medical emergencies in the UAE.

The UAE grants free visa-on-arrival to citizens of many countries; they don't need to apply in advance and only need a visa service once that on-arrival period expires.

Dubai requires little documentation upfront — you don't need to submit flight tickets, hotel details or insurance papers at the time of application. However, at Dubai airport immigration you must show your approved visa and a confirmed return ticket; some officers may also ask for proof of accommodation. For a smooth entry, carry your hotel booking or your host's local address and Emirates ID copy.
We accept multiple currencies via a secure payment gateway: pay online (Stripe), deposit to our local bank accounts, use Western Union, or visit our office.

Dubai's tourist-visa process is generally straightforward and rejections are uncommon; when they happen, the grounds are usually specific — application errors, criminal records or past immigration violations.
Because the UAE does not ask for financial proof, flight tickets or hotel bookings during processing, "insufficient funds" or "unclear travel purpose" are not valid grounds for rejection. If a provider cites these as reasons, ask for the official rejection notice — a transparent, licensed agency will share it.
Once your visa is approved, you receive an official UAE e-visa PDF by email. Here is exactly what to do next:
1. Download and verify your visa
Your visa PDF contains an entry permit number (EP number), your passport number, the issuing authority (GDRFA or ICP), visa type, and validity dates. You can verify its authenticity on the ICP's official visa verification portal at icp.gov.ae — enter your entry permit number and passport number.
2. What to show at Dubai airport immigration
Present the following at Dubai International Airport (DXB) or Al Maktoum International (DWC):
- Your approved visa — printout or clearly on your phone screen
- Your original passport (valid for at least 6 months)
- A confirmed return or onward ticket
- Proof of accommodation (hotel booking or local host's address + Emirates ID copy) — not always asked, but advisable to carry
3. Your visa validity starts on entry
A 30-day visa does not start from the date of issue — it starts from the date you enter the UAE. You have 60 days from the date of issue to make your first entry.
4. Is the express visa valid only for Dubai?
No. A UAE tourist visa issued by ICP or GDRFA is valid across all seven Emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain. You can travel freely between all of them on a single visa.
5. Do not book non-refundable flights before visa approval
Processing typically takes 4–8 hours, but delays can occur for reasons outside our control. Book flexible tickets, or wait for your approved visa PDF before confirming non-refundable bookings.
Dubai visa scams are common, particularly targeting Indian, Pakistani, Sri Lankan, and Bangladeshi travellers. Fake agencies collect fees and deliver counterfeit visa PDFs that are rejected at immigration.
1. Check the DET Trade Licence.
Every licensed travel and tourism company in Dubai holds a Dubai Economy and Tourism (DET) trade licence. Arabiers' licence number is 1176592. You can verify any company on the DET business search portal at dubai.ae/business. If a provider cannot show a licence number, do not pay.
2. Verify the licence is active and covers visa services.
A valid licence will show the company name, licence number, and activity type, for example, "Inbound and Outbound Tourism". Arabiers is registered as Arabiers Travel and Tourism LLC.
3. Check what a real UAE e-visa looks like.
An authentic UAE tourist visa PDF issued by ICP or GDRFA will contain the applicant's full name as in passport, passport number, nationality, visa type and duration, entry permit number (EP number), file number, issue date, and the issuing authority's name. It will not be a basic Word document, a generic form with no EP number, or a simple email without a PDF attachment.
4. Verify your visa before you travel.
Use the official ICP visa check portal: icp.gov.ae → Services → Visa Inquiry. Enter your permit number and passport number. If the visa does not appear on the government portal, it is not real.
5. Red flags to avoid
No physical office address, no trade licence number visible on the website, payment requested via personal bank transfer or cash, and prices dramatically below the government fee alone (AED 335 is the baseline government fee — any "express visa" priced below AED 350 total is fraudulent).
Arabiers has physical walk-in offices in Dubai (Hamarain Centre, Deira), Delhi, and Colombo — and all transactions are processed through a verified online payment gateway. Our DET licence (1176592) is publicly verifiable.
If you are already in Dubai and your current tourist visa is about to expire — or has recently expired — you have options. This is one of the most common situations our team handles.
Option A: Apply for a new express visa from inside the UAE.
This is possible if your current visa has not yet expired. Submit your application before your visa expires, receive the new visa by email, and your stay is extended without leaving the UAE.
Option B: Airport-to-airport visa change.
If your visa has already expired or is expiring today, you can fly to a nearby destination, most commonly Muscat, Oman, and return to Dubai on a fresh tourist visa. Arabiers handles the full visa change service, including coordinating the new entry permit before your return flight. See our UAE Airport-to-Airport Visa Change page for details.
Option C: Inside-country visa extension.
For certain visa types, a 30-day extension can be filed without leaving the UAE. Contact us to confirm if your current visa is eligible.
Important: Do not overstay. UAE overstay fines are AED 50 per day, plus AED 100 administrative fee, with a grace period of 10 days. After the grace period ends, a ban on future entry may be applied. If you are in an overstay situation, contact us immediately — resolving your status before applying for a new visa is required.
Contact us via WhatsApp or email and send scanned copies of your passport and photograph. Your visa will be delivered to you in 4 to 8 hours. The turnaround time may extend up to 24 hours if the request is placed on weekends, official holidays or Eid holidays.
Any national with a passport, return ticket and a visa valid for 6 months is eligible to apply for fast-track visa. We’ll inform our customers if their country is not eligible. Dubai doesn’t insist its visitors to show income/wealth proof as some countries do.
You need a passport valid for at least 6 months and a confirmed return ticket. No vaccination or COVID documentation is required for entry to the UAE.
Our fee varies by visa category and duration. Express prices start from AED 789 (~USD 215) for a 30-day single entry.
No formal documents such as job offers, hospital admission forms or university admission letters need to be submitted as they have no bearing on how quickly your visa gets processed.
4 to 8 hours.
No! It is not possible to process two visas at the same time in the UAE.
There is no age restriction in place for express visas in Dubai.
If any of your previous application is still pending with some other agent, we cannot process your fresh application in our system. It’ll be rejected by the immigration and there’ll be no refund.
Contact your visa service provider to rectify the errors. If you submitted your application with us, please inform us as soon as possible to make necessary corrections.
We can only accept a fresh application once the reason for rejection is understood and the underlying issue is fixed.
The fees include typing fees, government fees, express visa fees and PRO fees. The prices are all inclusive and there’s no other fees involved.
Unfortunately, the only option is waiting for the immigration authorities to take a decision on this. While the security check won't be expedited, you can still follow up with their office. We also advise you to contact the company which processes your application.
Please don't book flights before your visa is approved. Processing usually takes 4–8 hours, but delays can occur for reasons beyond our control, so we cannot accept responsibility if a visa is not issued before departure.
Apologies. We don’t issue express transit visas. We advise you to contact your airline.
Apologies again. We operate only from 9 AM to 9 PM UAE Standard Time. Late night requests are processed only the following morning. Please approach the immigration counters at the airport for assistance.
With that timeline, you can get a priority visa. But you would neither be allowed to travel in your country nor be granted a re-entry to Dubai with an expired visa. The best option is to renew your passport first or travel today. You need to have a passport that’s valid for 6 months beginning with your arrival date. If the passport expires before that, immigration will stop you and airlines won’t allow you to board the flight too.
A Dubai express visa costs from AED 789 (~USD 215) for a 30-day single entry from Arabiers, all-inclusive. This covers the UAE government fee, express surcharge, typing fee, and PRO fee — no additional charges at checkout. A 60-day single entry costs AED 989, a 30-day multiple-entry costs AED 1,190, and a 60-day multiple entry costs AED 1,390.
A Dubai express visa is typically processed in 4 to 8 hours on UAE working days (Sunday to Thursday). The maximum processing window is 24 hours. Processing does not occur on UAE weekends (Friday–Saturday) or public holidays.
Yes. Indian nationals are among the most frequent applicants for the Dubai express visa. Arabiers processes Dubai express visas for Indian passport holders from its licensed Dubai office (DET Licence 1176592) and Delhi office (305, Laxmi Deep Building), offering both WhatsApp application and in-person assistance for applicants based in India.
Any nationality that requires a UAE tourist visa and holds a passport valid for at least 6 months is eligible to apply. Citizens of countries eligible for visa on arrival (including GCC, UK, US, EU, Australia, and others) do not need a pre-approved express visa. Arabiers will advise at the time of application if your nationality has any additional requirements.
Yes. A Dubai express visa is not a separate visa category. It is the same official UAE tourist entry permit issued by ICP or GDRFA — the only difference is priority processing speed. The e-visa PDF you receive is identical to a standard tourist visa.
Yes. A UAE tourist visa issued via ICP or GDRFA is valid across all seven Emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.
Your visa validity begins from the date of first entry into the UAE, not the date of issue. However, you must enter the UAE within 60 days of the visa issue date, or the visa expires unused.
Yes, if your current visa has not expired. Submit your application before expiry and a new visa will be issued without needing to leave the UAE. If your visa has already expired, contact us immediately for an airport-to-airport visa change or extension options.
You need: (1) a colour scan of your passport bio-data page, valid for at least 6 months; (2) a recent passport-size photo against a white background. Travel insurance is recommended. A minor applicant requires a birth certificate. If you have a UAE-resident sponsor, a copy of their UAE residence visa page is needed.
The UAE visa fee is non-refundable once processing begins — this is a UAE immigration regulation, not an agency policy. If your application is rejected, Arabiers will provide the official rejection reason. In most cases, a fresh application can be submitted once the underlying issue is resolved (for example, a document error corrected, or a previous pending visa cancelled).
Yes. Express processing prioritises the speed of review, not the outcome. UAE immigration evaluates every application on eligibility, passport history, and document accuracy. If there is a criminal record, an existing pending visa application with another agent, or an active UAE entry ban, the application may be rejected regardless of the processing tier.
Verify that any agency you use holds a valid UAE DET trade licence. Arabiers' licence is 1176592, verifiable at the Dubai Economy and Tourism portal. Once you receive your visa PDF, verify it on the ICP official portal at icp.gov.ae using your entry permit number and passport number before travelling. A real visa will appear on the government system.
Carry your approved visa PDF (printout or clearly visible on your phone), your original passport, a confirmed return ticket, and proof of accommodation (hotel booking or your host's local address and Emirates ID copy). The return ticket and accommodation proof are not always requested but should be readily available.
WhatsApp or call Arabiers at +971 58 234 4176 (available Mon–Sat, 9 AM–9 PM UAE time). Send your passport copy and white-background photo. Pay securely online in 135 currencies. Receive your approved visa by email within 4–8 hours on working days.
