Arabiers Holidays UAE is operated by Arabiers Travel and Tourism LLC, a licensed travel agency in Dubai. We hold two trade licences issued by the Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), numbers 1176592 and 1053620. Our registered office is 5th Floor, Hamarain Centre, Deira, Dubai. Under this licence we provide desert safaris, tours, transport, holiday packages and UAE visa services, through our own team and trusted suppliers in the UAE and abroad.
Any tour voucher, coupon or ticket we issue is subject to these terms and to the conditions of the tour operators, carriers and suppliers involved in delivering your activity. When you make a booking or buy a voucher, you accept these terms. A copy can be shared on request.
Full payment is due at the time of booking. If payment is not received at least 2 days before the scheduled activity date, we may cancel the booking without notice. For our full refund and cancellation rules, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
We may change, omit or cancel any part of an activity at our discretion, with or without notice. Because some activities depend on conditions outside our control, such as weather, illness or government restrictions, delays or cancellations can occur. If they do, we may refund all or part of the amount paid, at our discretion or that of our suppliers. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Some activities carry inherent risks. By taking part, you confirm you are physically and mentally fit for the specific activity, and you agree to follow the instructions of our guides, given in English. If a guide judges that your participation would endanger you or the group, you may be asked to stop without a refund, for your own safety.
Visa approval or rejection is decided solely by the UAE immigration authorities, so no refund is given if a visa is rejected. Dedicated terms apply to our UAE visit visa and extension services. If you overstay a UAE residence visa after the grace period, or overstay a tourist visa, government fines apply and are charged at the immigration authority's published rates. On receiving your visa, please check every detail carefully and tell us within 24 hours if anything is wrong. We cannot be responsible for errors not reported in time, as immigration authorities are strict on accuracy.
We take every reasonable step to provide insurance on the activities we run. Desert tours carry third-party insurance, so you do not need to buy extra cover for those. Some activities, such as skydiving in Dubai, are not covered, so if you want third-party or personal-accident cover for those, please arrange it beforehand.
