Yes. Being on the dunes for first light gives you the soft golden-hour colour and long shadows across the sand that the middle of the day loses. A private vehicle means you control where and when you stop to shoot.
This tour includes refreshments at camp — Arabic coffee, tea, water and dates — rather than a full breakfast. If you would like a full outdoor breakfast added, ask us when you book and we will arrange it.
Comfortable clothing and closed shoes, plus a light layer, as the desert is cool before sunrise, especially in winter. Bring sunglasses and a camera. Refreshments are provided at camp.
Yes, on a private 4x4 it works well for families, though it does mean a very early start. If a 5:00 AM pickup is too early for young children, the 8:00 AM Morning Safari is the gentler option.
