1. How many photos will I get for the price I pay?

All photos taken of you are emailed to the address you register at the welcome centre. If you rent a GoPro, it is mounted on your helmet throughout the experience, and you receive a USB converter and the SD card at the end.

2. What is the difference between the zip line only and the zip line combo?

The zip line combo includes both the Jebel Jais Flight and the Jais Sky Tour, whereas the zip line only ticket covers the Jebel Jais Flight.

3. What is the cost for renting a GoPro?

AED 129 plus VAT.

4. Why does my Amex transaction fail? Are Amex payments accepted?

Amex payments are not accepted at Jebel Jais. When booking through Arabiers' TripAdvisor page, Amex cards can be used.

Sportswear and closed-toe shoes are strongly recommended. Avoid dresses, skirts, loose shoes or flip flops, and leave large accessories such as bracelets, earrings and chains behind. Tie back long hair and dress modestly in line with UAE culture.

13. Can I wear my national dress while riding the Jebel Jais Flight?

No, national dress is not permitted for safety reasons. Sportswear is recommended.

14. Can friends and family watch me during my Jebel Jais Flight ride?

Yes. Spectators can watch from the welcome centre terrace, which offers excellent views. Only participants are allowed on the shuttle and launch pad.

15. How long is the entire zipline experience?

The complete experience takes roughly 90 minutes from registration to the end of ziplining.

16. Are there lockers for storing belongings?

Yes. Lockers are available for small items such as keys, mobiles, wallets and handbags. They do not fit luggage, shopping bags or large items, and as space is limited, please empty your locker promptly.

17. Can I bring my personal camera and phone during the zipline experience?

You can take your phone on the ride, but it cannot be used while flying and is stored in your Superman harness pockets. You may bring your own GoPro or rent one for AED 129, VAT included.

18. Can I buy a ticket at Jebel Jais rather than pre-booking?

Yes, subject to availability. As this is a very popular activity, booking in advance is strongly advised to avoid disappointment.

19. I have a knee amputation and wear a prosthesis. Can I do the Jebel Jais Flight or Sky Tour?

Yes, you can take part in the experience.

20. My son is 39.5 kg and 17 years old. Can he do the Sky Tour?

Guests under 18 may take part if they meet the requirements, but the minimum weight of 40 kg must be met. A guest weighing 39.5 kg would not qualify.

21. Do I need a PCR or vaccine certificate to take part in Jebel Jais Zipline experiences?

No, you do not. If staff suspect any COVID-19 symptoms, management reserves the right to report to the Department of Preventive Medicine.
