Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how payments, cancellations and refunds work for tours, activities and visa services booked with Arabiers Holidays UAE (Arabiers Travel and Tourism LLC). It forms part of our Terms & Condition.

Payment

Full payment is due at the time of booking. If we do not receive payment at least 2 days before your scheduled activity, we may cancel the booking without notice.

Cancellation by you

If you cancel more than 24 hours before an activity starts, we will refund you in line with the terms of the specific tour and its suppliers. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start are non-refundable. If you do not show up at the agreed location within the departure window, it is treated as a no-show and charged at 100 percent of the amount paid.

Cancellation by us

If we cancel an activity for reasons outside our control, such as weather, illness or government restrictions, we will refund all or part of the amount paid, or offer to rebook, at our discretion and that of our suppliers.

Visa services

Visa fees are non-refundable once an application is submitted, because approval or rejection is decided solely by the UAE immigration authorities. Please check every detail on an issued visa and tell us within 24 hours if anything is wrong. See our UAE visa services for details.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider.
