We collect your information when you apply for a visa, make a tour booking, or contact us. When you book or register, we may ask for your name, phone number, email address, mailing address, meal preferences, age, BMI where an activity requires it, and copies of documents such as your passport, residence page and birth certificate, only as needed to process your visa or arrange your tour.
We use the information you give us to arrange and personalise your tours and to process your visa. We do not sell your information to any third party, and we do not use it to send marketing after your visa is issued or your tour is complete.
Your email is used only to send updates about your booking. Payment and card details are handled through encrypted, secure payment gateways and are not stored on our servers after a transaction completes. Your documents are shared only with the authorities and suppliers required to deliver your booking, and with no one else.
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide your booking and to meet legal or tax requirements, then we delete it. You may ask us what data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us at the details below.
We will not transfer, exchange, sell or give your personal information to any third party without your consent, except as needed to deliver the service you bought. We will not use your email to send frequent promotional messages.
