7. Important point to be remember
During the new Abu Dhabi jammed with traffic and those who leaves from hotel or residence in last minute will miss the cruise. The boat won’t wait, there for we recommend you to come early as possible. The boat docked at Yas marina area and visitors can enjoy the cafés and rest around the coffee shops in Yas marina. We do not arrange any transportation for this event. No refund will be given last minute cancellation.
8. Cancellation policy
If Cancellation is made before 72 hours for full refund will be made. NO SHOW will be charge 100% of the actual amount paid.
You can enjoy the flexibility of a full refund by canceling at least 72 hours before the scheduled experience. Please note that we will not accommodate any changes made within 72 hours of the experience's start time.
