Book Khasab Overnight in Rubba and Dhow Cruise with Half Day Mountain Safari Trip

1. Overview

A day-long journey on an Arabian-style cruise awaits you to revel in. Treat yourself to a luxe experience of an overnight Rubba yacht stay with our Dhow Cruise trip to Khor Sham. The Dhow will sail on the turquoise blue waters through a majestic Fjord (khor) with a scenic view of the tall mountains and untouched beaches. A Dhow Cruise should be a part of your bucket list while you are on your oman musandam peninsula. Dhow is a wooden lateen-rigged boat that is famous in Arabic countries. It is adorned with traditional elements in the Omani style. You can spot the dolphins at the entrance as you enter the fjord on the Dhow. The Dhow Cruise will get docked at Seebi Island or Telegraph Island. While it is docked, you and all the guests onboard can indulge in water activities such as swimming and snorkeling in the clear waters, filled with colorful and friendly fishes. We will serve you refreshments such as soft drinks, fresh fruits, coffee/tea, and lunch onboard during this time.

For your overnight stay on a Rubba, we will take you to a charming and peaceful place in the Khor Sham and anchor the Rubba yacht there. You will have plenty of time between 4:30 pm and sunset to enjoy fishing, snorkeling, or swimming. For some gastronomy indulgence, the captain of the cruise, as well as the crew members, will prepare a barbeque dinner for you onboard and serve it to you by 7:30 pm. The cruise can accommodate 12 people in the cabin to sleep, and there will also be sleeping arrangements on the deck made available by us. We will provide all the guests with mattresses, bed sheets, pillows, and sleeping bags/blankets for a comfortable night’s stay.

The Mountain Safari, offered on a sharing basis as a part of the tour, will be done on a 4x4 vehicle, taking you to the magnificent mountain of Jebel Harim. The safari drive will offer you the most enticing views of the mountains and the valleys, getting to a peak of 1784m above sea level with panoramic views. On the Safari trip, you will explore an age-old village called Bait Al Qafl, the old house, and the lush green natural park of Khalidiya with hundreds of acacia trees. On the way, you can sit back and soak in the gorgeousness of the top of Khor-al-Najid, one of the most beautiful sights in Oman. You will be served light refreshments during this tour.
