Therefore, you should read our terms and conditions before using our service to get a Saudi Arabia visa. At Arabiers, we don't have a decision on your visa application. The Saudi Arabia embassy in your country determines the decision.
If you are applying for a Saudi visa from UAE might be required to visit the Saudi Arabia embassy in Abu Dhabi to follow up on why your application is on hold.
If you are applying for a Saudi visa from another GCC country you might be required to visit the Saudi Arabia embassy in your country to clear your e-visa application.
When you submit your request to apply for a Saudi Arabia e-visa, you cannot withdraw the request or cancel for a refund under any circumstances. There is no refund of any application fees paid for unsuccessful applications (no matter the reason).
You must be 18 years and above to use our services and apply for the Saudi Arabia e-visa. If you are below 18 years, we consider you a minor and cannot use our service.
If you want to use our service to apply for a Saudi Arabia e-visa on behalf of a minor, we assume you have the authority and agree to these terms on behalf of the minor. If you have no authority and don't agree to these terms and conditions, cease using our service.
If you want to apply for the e-visa on behalf of another person who's not a minor, we assume you have a warrant and entitlement to make the application on their behalf. You must therefore agree to these terms and conditions on behalf of that person. If you don't have the authority of the person you are applying for the visa and don't agree to these terms and conditions, cease using our service.
When applying for the Saudi Arabia e-visa through our service, we will require you to have a valid passport from the country permitted to visit Saudi Arabia.
The passport should be valid for at least 6 months from entry to KSA.
You will be required to present further documents at the Saudi Arabia embassy in your country if your visa is on hold.
At Arabiers, we do not cover expenses you incur when you visit the Saudi Arabia embassy in Abu Dhabi for the UAE Saudi Arabia e-visa application or expenses to visit the Saudi embassy in your country. As an applicant, you bear all the expenses.

Saudi Arabia e-via usually takes 24-48 hours before approval, but sometimes the approval might take up to 2-3 weeks. The Saudi Arabia embassy in your country has the final decision. In case of delay, you have to wait for their decision.
