How to reach

The distance from the heart of Abu Dhabi to Qasr Al Watan is 10 kilometers, and visitors may easily reach their location by using public or private transportation.

From Dubai : The location is around 150 kilometers distant from the center of Dubai, and it is very simple to get to by car or cab through the E11 and the Al Shahama - Abu Dhabi Road/Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Street.

From Abu Dhabi : If you are coming by cab/private car, take the Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Highway and turn towards 1st Street. After that, take the 2nd exit, take a right, and keep going until you reach the meeting point. The destination is also accessible by the Line 034 bus from Abu Dhabi.

No, The Palace in Motion Play does not occur regularly in Qasr Al Watan Abu Dhabi. Only on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays at around 7:00 p.m.; however, the time might differ depending on when the sun sets.
If you have a valid Qasr Al Watan ticket, you can use your phone or a DSLR camera to take photos inside the Palace for personal, non-commercial use. However, in some places, it is against the law to do so. Also, be careful not to take pictures of security guards or security systems while you are taking the pictures.
All children under 11 must have a ticket and be accompanied by an adult. Qasr Al Watan doesn't charge for kids under the age of three. Junior tickets can only be used by people 4 to 17 when visiting Qasr Al Watan.
