When to choose the half day over the full day
The half day cruise is for guests who are already based in Khasab or who want to fit two different activities into a single day. The most common combination is the morning half day cruise from 10:00 to 13:00 followed by the afternoon mountain safari from 14:00 to 18:00. This gives you the fjord and the Jebel Harim summit in one day without an overnight stay.
If you are travelling from Dubai for the day, the full day cruise makes better use of the 3.5-hour drive, because you get six hours on the water rather than three. The half day is better suited to guests staying in Khasab on a multi-day trip, or to those combining it with a land tour on the same day.

Combining the half day cruise with other Khasab tours
Morning cruise, 10:00 to 13:00, then afternoon mountain safari, 14:00 to 18:00: this is the most common same-day combination. You see the fjord from the water in the morning and the fjord from 1,784 metres in the afternoon.
Morning Khasab city tour, then afternoon cruise 13:30 to 16:30: this works for guests who want the Portuguese fort and the Wadi Qada rock carvings before getting on the water. Ask us when you enquire and we will set the timing.
