Your own 4x4 and guide take you out for a 30 or 60 minute ride on a 250cc quad you drive yourself, then dune bashing, sandboarding, a camel farm stop and the sunset. Dinner is served at a private setup on the sand, away from the camp, laid for your group alone and lit by lanterns.

A longer ride on a 250cc quad you drive yourself, your own 4x4 and guide, then dinner at a private setup on the sand, lit by lanterns and laid for your group alone. The special-occasion way to ride a quad in Abu Dhabi.
Our quads are 250cc automatic ATVs, one rider each, so there are no gears to learn. After a safety briefing you drive the quad yourself on a marked route, with a guide riding alongside the whole time.
Best for couples, birthdays, anniversaries and small groups who want the evening to themselves: a proper ride on the quad, then a quiet dinner away from the camp crowds.
Adults ride the quads; everyone in the group shares the 4x4 and the dinner.

How long is the quad ride?
You choose 30 minutes or one hour on the quad. Everyone in the group rides for the same length.
What is included?
Your quad ride, a private 4x4 and guide for your group, hotel pickup and drop off in Abu Dhabi, dune bashing, sandboarding, a camel farm stop, the sunset on the dunes, a private dinner setup on the sand with dinner served, a helmet, the safety briefing and refreshments.
What is the private dinner setup?
A table laid for your group alone on the sand, away from the camp, with cushions and lanterns, where dinner is served after the sunset. It is the one to choose for a birthday, an anniversary or a proposal.
Is this the same as the evening tour?
Both give you your own 4x4 and a 30 or 60 minute quad ride. The evening tour ends with a BBQ buffet dinner and live shows at the desert camp; this tour ends with a private dinner at your own setup instead. If you would like the camp and its shows as well, ask us and we add a camp visit to your quote.
What time does it start, and when am I back?
We collect you in the afternoon so that you ride in the golden light and sit down to dinner after the sunset, and we drive you back to your hotel afterwards. We confirm the exact pickup time with your booking.
Can you cater for dietary needs or a celebration?
Tell us about dietary needs, a birthday or an anniversary when you book on WhatsApp, and we will tell you honestly what we can arrange.
Who can ride the quad?
Adults, one rider per quad. Children are welcome on the tour and join the 4x4 and the dinner, but do not ride. It is not suitable for riders with a back, neck or heart condition, or during pregnancy.
Do I need a licence, and is a helmet provided?
No licence or experience is needed: the quads are automatic and the guide rides alongside you after a full briefing. A helmet is provided for every rider and worn for the whole ride.
When does the dinner tour run?
From October to March, when the desert evenings are cool. In summer we ride early in the morning only.
How do I book, and do I pay in advance?
Send us your date, hotel, group size and ride length on WhatsApp. We hold the slot and confirm the pickup, and payment is settled on confirmation or on the day, with no upfront online payment needed to reserve.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the start time, and you can change the date on WhatsApp. We take bookings up to 4 hours before the start, and you pay on confirmation, with nothing to pay online.
