Who the Dibba Abu Dhabi tour is for
This is the right option if your passport is not available, if you want the simplest Musandam experience from Abu Dhabi, or if the lower cost is the deciding factor. The tour covers the Musandam fjords from the UAE side, with dolphins and snorkelling. It does not reach Telegraph Island or the deeper sections of Khor Sham, which require crossing into Oman.
If you have your passport and can travel to Oman, the Khasab day tour from Abu Dhabi covers more of the Musandam fjords at AED 1,025 per person. If you want an overnight instead of a day trip, the overnight dhow from Abu Dhabi (minimum 4 guests, direct transfer) is the most complete option. No. The Dibba cruise operates on the UAE side of Musandam and does not require an Oman border crossing. UAE residents can travel with their Emirates ID. A passport is not required, and no AED 85 Oman border fee applies.
The Dibba tour does not cross into Oman and costs AED 775 per person for groups of 4 to 10. No passport needed for UAE residents. The Khasab day tour crosses into Oman, reaches Telegraph Island and Khor Sham, and costs AED 1,025 per person. If you have a passport, the Khasab tour covers more of the Musandam fjords.
Yes. Both can be arranged as back-to-back days from the Deira hotel. On day one you do the Dibba cruise (no border), on day two you do the Khasab cruise (with border and passport). Ask us and we will cost the two-day programme.
