What the UAE Tourist Visa Covers
The UAE tourist visa is a single document covering all seven emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Ajman and Umm Al Quwain. There is no separate visa for individual emirates. Tourism, family visits and short business meetings are all covered. The UAE tourist visa does not permit employment.

The AED 3,000 Rule for Tunisian Visitors
What is the AED 3,000 rule?
UAE immigration may ask Tunisian visitors to show they can financially support themselves during their stay. The amount informally cited is AED 3,000 per person (approximately TND 2,400). This is a discretionary check by immigration officers on arrival : it is not a formal written visa condition and does not appear on your visa or application.
In practice, carrying a confirmed return ticket and a hotel booking alongside your visa is the strongest combination. Bank statements showing adequate funds may also be requested. Carrying AED 3,000 in cash is not required.

Does Being on a "Red List" Affect the UAE Visa Application?
Some people searching this page ask why Tunisia appears on travel advisory lists from certain Western governments, and whether this affects UAE visa applications.
Travel advisory lists issued by other countries (such as UK government advisories for parts of Tunisia) have no effect on UAE visa applications for Tunisian nationals. UAE immigration evaluates applications based on UAE law and the individual application : not based on third-country travel advisories. Tunisian passport holders apply for and receive UAE tourist visas on exactly the same basis as other nationalities on the visa-required list.
Exit via the Oman border crossing, apply for a fresh UAE tourist visa before returning.
