How the group works. When you book, your contract is with the Arabiers group company for your market, for example Arabiers Holidays UAE for bookings in the Emirates. The travel itself, tours, safaris, visas and packages, is arranged and delivered on the ground by the group's own licensed offices in the UAE, Sri Lanka and India. Registered companies in other markets, and the markets we serve online, act as local booking and support points and do not themselves hold a local travel-operating licence unless stated above.
