If your country is still not on the list

You may still qualify through GCC residence, a used US, UK or Schengen visa, or the free 96-hour stopover visa with Saudia or flynas. UAE residents of any nationality use the resident route described in the who needs a visa section of the UAE residents guide.

Living in the UAE? Your passport does not need to be on the list. The Saudi visit visa guide for UAE residents explains the resident route, cost and documents.
