The short answer: our private sunrise desert safari plus a full outdoor breakfast in the desert. Pickup around 5:00 AM, sunrise viewing, dune bashing, camel farm and sandboarding, then a cooked breakfast at camp, back by around 9:45 AM. About 5 hours. From 440 AED per person, children up to 12 at 340 AED, infants free.
Everything in the standard Sunrise Desert Safari is here: the private 4x4, the dawn timing, the dune bashing and the camel farm. The difference is the meal. Rather than a short refreshment stop, the team lays out a hot breakfast for your group at the camp, so the morning ends slowly with food and coffee as the light comes up over the sand.
Sunrise safari: with or without breakfast?
The two sunrise tours are identical up to the camp stop. This is the only thing that changes:

They are the same private 5 AM sunrise tour. This one adds a full cooked outdoor breakfast at camp, runs about an hour longer, ends around 9:45 AM instead of 9:00 AM, and costs 50 AED more per person. The standard Sunrise Desert Safari includes refreshments only.

If you would otherwise stop for breakfast after the tour, having a cooked breakfast in the desert at sunrise is usually worth the 50 AED and the extra hour. If you prefer to head back and eat at your hotel, the standard Sunrise Desert Safari at 390 AED is the better fit.
