The G-Class is the itinerary

Airport, city, museum, dunes: the same Mercedes G-Class carries you through all of it, including the desert drive itself. It is not a transfer car, it is the trip's signature, and it is guaranteed in writing.

A red carpet in the sand

The desert evening is a private VIP setting built by our senior desert operations team, led by Mujeeb Rahman, who has spent nine years staging desert events in the Emirates: red carpet arrival, private majlis seating, and dinner served, not queued for.

VIP entry, defined per venue

VIP means something different at each attraction, so your quote states exactly what it means at each one on your route: private guiding at the mosque, timed priority at the Louvre, and equivalent access wherever the venue sells it.

The Experience

Quiet luxury, Emirati scale

This edition is built for travellers who measure luxury in privacy and precision rather than spectacle. Days move between a 5-star hotel on Saadiyat or the Corniche, the capital's great interiors, and an Empty Quarter evening staged privately for your party alone. Nothing is shared, nothing is queued, and nothing arrives without being checked by the same senior team that built it.

The desert evening is the centrepiece: a private setting in the dunes with a red carpet arrival, produced by the operations team behind our Liwa desert programmes. For the same standard stretched across a fortnight, see the 14 day Luxury Retreat, or browse the full Abu Dhabi tour packages for every other length and style.

What the VIP Edition actually changes

Three things separate this from our other 4 day formats. The vehicle: a Mercedes G-Class for every journey including the dune drive, not a saloon swapped for a shared 4x4 at the desert edge. The desert: a private setting for your party with red carpet arrival, majlis seating, private chef service and staff who remain for the evening, rather than a shared camp. The access: VIP or priority entry wherever each venue offers it, itemised per attraction on your quote.

The hotel is a named 5-star luxury property, confirmed in writing before payment. The comparison shows the edition against the formats guests most often weigh it against.

Who this package suits

The VIP Edition is our most exclusive short package, and it is deliberately not for every traveller:

  • Guests wanting the classic sights at the best price should take the standard or all inclusive packages
  • Families with young children may prefer the Family Package pacing, though the edition can host families on request
  • Travellers with more than a week should consider the 14 day Luxury Retreat for the same standard at depth

Frequently asked questions

What makes this the luxury edition rather than a standard package with a better car?

Three fixed inclusions no other Arabiers package carries: the Mercedes G-Class for every mile including the dunes, a fully private desert evening with red carpet arrival staged for your party alone, and VIP or priority entry itemised per venue in writing. Each is a contracted inclusion, not an upgrade.

How much does the G-Class VIP Edition cost?

From 9,950 AED per person on twin sharing for 4 days and 3 nights. The price includes the G-Class throughout, the private desert evening, the 5-star luxury hotel with breakfast and dinner, and every listed VIP entry. Your written quote fixes the exact figure for your dates before payment.

Is the desert evening really private?

Yes. It is a standalone setting built for your party by our desert operations team, with your own majlis seating, chef service and staff for the evening. You will not share it with other guests, which is the structural difference from a desert camp.

Who hosts the desert evening?

Our senior desert operations team under Mujeeb Rahman, Senior Manager of Desert Ground Operations, who has staged desert events and VIP settings in the Emirates for over nine years. The same team builds our desert weddings and private events.

What does VIP entry mean at each attraction?

It differs by venue, which is why your quote itemises it: private guiding at the Grand Mosque, timed priority entry at the Louvre and Qasr Al Watan, and the equivalent highest access tier wherever a venue sells one. Where a venue offers no priority product, we say so rather than invent one.

Is this a desert safari package?

No, and the distinction is deliberate. The desert evening is one chapter of a four day VIP programme that also covers the mosque, the palace and the Louvre. If a desert safari is specifically what you want, our dedicated Abu Dhabi desert safari and Liwa desert safari tours are the right pages, at day tour prices.

Can the edition be extended or combined with an overnight desert stay?

Yes. Extra city nights are quoted at the same hotel, and an overnight at a luxury desert resort can replace the day 3 return, keeping the private evening as its first act. Ask when enquiring and both options are priced in the draft.
