How a private programme comes together
You tell us dates, party and interests on WhatsApp or the enquiry form. Within one working day you receive a draft day by day itinerary with a named hotel and a fixed price. You change anything: swap the mangroves for Yas Island, add an Al Ain day, push every start an hour later. When the draft is right, we confirm the hotel and tickets and the price does not move.
One distinction matters before you enquire: this is a multi-day package with your hotel, guide and vehicle held across the whole stay. What is the difference between this package and a private Abu Dhabi city tour?
The city tour is a single day: you have your own hotel, and we provide a private guide and vehicle for that day. This package is the multi-day version: your hotel, breakfasts, airport transfers and the same dedicated guide and vehicle are held across your whole stay, with the itinerary drafted around you. Day tour travellers should book the private city tour directly; this page is for complete stays.
How much does a private Abu Dhabi tour package cost?
From 4,950 AED per person on twin sharing for the popular 4 day, 3 night shape with a dedicated guide, private vehicle, hotel and breakfasts. Because every programme is drafted individually, your exact price is fixed in the written itinerary before you pay, and it does not move afterwards.
How is this different from booking private day tours separately?
Continuity and accountability. One guide across the whole stay instead of a different driver each day, one itinerary that flows rather than repeated pickups, and one team responsible end to end, including the airport runs.
How quickly will I receive my itinerary draft?
Within one working day of your enquiry. Revisions are unlimited before booking, and most guests settle the plan within two or three exchanges on WhatsApp.
Can we change the plan during the trip?
Yes, that is the point of the format. Your guide can extend stops, swap days and rebook where availability allows. Ticketed venues with timed entry, such as the Louvre, are the only fixtures once booked.
Do you offer guides in languages other than English?
Yes, subject to availability on your dates: Arabic, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil and Sinhala among others. State your preference when you enquire and it is confirmed in the draft.
Is a private package worth it for two people?
Usually yes, if flexibility is why you travel. Two people pay more per head than four sharing the same vehicle, but the itinerary control, single guide and zero shared time are identical. For pure sightseeing value, our scheduled packages cost less.
