Cancellation Policy
You must cancel at least 48 hours before the experience's start date to receive a complete refund. As changes to plans can occasionally be inevitable, we will accept amendments and cancellations without a penalty for 30 days from the date of booking if we are notified 48 hours in advance of the event. The team reserves the right to postpone the rides or implement any operational modifications deemed necessary due to operational or safety issues. Ras Al Khaimah typically experiences steady weather, but sand or rainstorms might occasionally occur.
Requirements
- Weight (kg): 40 kg minimum, 120 kg maximum (please be aware that the weather may affect your experience).
- Minimum height (cm): 122.
- Participants must be in good physical health
- Participants must dress in typical athletic/sporty attire (dresses or skirts are not allowed)
- You must wear reliable running shoes, closed-toe footwear, or sturdy trainers (flip flops, reefs, sandals, high heels, or loose footwear not allowed).
- Participants must be free from drugs, alcohol, or other substances that could cloud judgment.Visitors under 18 who fit the height and weight restrictions may make the trip independently, but they must be accompanied and show a parental or guardian's signed waiver to do so.

Each participant must have their original passport or Emirates ID on hand to present at the counter.

What to wear/bring for maximum comfort ?
- You must put on running shoes, closed-toe footwear, or sturdy trainers (flip flops, reefs, sandals, high heels, or loose footwear not allowed).

- The tough terrain should not be able to tear through your clothing.
- If you plan to travel during the winter, remember to carry a jacket because the mountain weather might be brisk and chilly.
